As a small, independent practice, we offer personal attention and continuity. You’ll interact with a familiar team when you call or visit, with care tailored to your specific goals.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth is available Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. Eligibility depends on your location, provider, insurance, and treatment needs. Call us to find an option that works for you.
How soon can I be seen?
Same-week availability may be possible. Call our team for current openings and help scheduling your first visit.
Do you offer therapy?
Our office specializes in medical and psychiatric care. We work with trusted local therapists and can discuss a therapy referral as part of your treatment plan.
How do current patients schedule?
Use the patient portal for online scheduling and intake paperwork. You can also call our team with scheduling questions.

Late cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments carry a $50 fee. Treatment plans are reviewed at scheduled follow-ups. Please allow 48 business hours for requests between visits.
